Today was definitely gelatto day! It was part of the Dante Quest assignment to try two different gelatarias (please excuse all the spelling!) and see which is best. I can't decide which one! So far i've tried chocolate, coffee, pistacio, chocolate chip, strawberry, watermelon and lemon. They are all incredible!!
We also visited the Tuesday market which had beautiful displays of fruits, veggies, meats and cheeses. Cafe latte is divine as well. isn't the candy display pretty?

I am so glad that you so quickley discovered the most divine thing that Italia has to offer...gelato.
I too was mesmerized by the rainbow of colors, and neverending selection of delectibility, but I was also crippled. My friend actually had to ask me to stop pointing them out and suggesting it for every meal.
You look radiant and very happy...unlike the 13th century depictions of life on (or off) earth. Hit the nail on the head! Have fun, and I will stay tuned for more of your adventure!

fyi...also, alethia (woods) clark and her husband are on the front page of the Montgomery Advertiser. It's about the loss of their son. Don't know if Dr. Woods would like to see it...
